Church leaders and other committed Christians now face a series of complex and culturally sensitive questions that would have been inconceivable to Christians a hundred years ago. So, how should we navigate these questions without losing our confidence or jeopardizing our witness?

That is the topic of my conversation with Dr. Evan Lenow, who holds a Ph.D. in Christian Ethics from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, is an ethics professor and is a research fellow with the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention.

Here are a few of the questions we address:

  • How should we think about gender?
  • What about Christian business owners who are asked to service same-sex weddings?
  • What limits should be placed on artificial intelligence?
  • How can the church provide moral clarity on these issues without being sidelined in culture?

Dr. Lenow is also the author of two books (and is working on a third):

Biblically Sound: Embracing Doctrine for Life

Biblically Correct: Engaging Culture with Truth
